Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 dry Cheesy Italian Shells Mix Packet
- 1 1/2 cups small pasta shells (conchiglie)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- (optional) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
- Add water, milk, pasta shells, and the Cheesy Italian Shells dry mix packet.
- Bring to a low simmer.
- Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often, until the pasta shells are tender.
- (Optional) Stir in mozzarella or parmesan for extra creaminess.
- Let rest 2 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
