Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, diced
- 1 dry Ranch & Bacon Mix Packet
- 1 1/2 cups pasta (macaroni or small shells)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- (optional) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook diced chicken in butter/oil until no pink remains.
- Add water, milk, pasta, and the Ranch & Bacon dry mix packet.
- Bring to a low simmer.
- Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often.
- (Optional) Stir in shredded cheddar for extra creaminess.
- Let rest 2 minutes to thicken before serving.
