Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 1 dry Ranch & Bacon Mix Packet
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta (macaroni or small shells)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • (optional) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook diced chicken in butter/oil until no pink remains.
  2. Add water, milk, pasta, and the Ranch & Bacon dry mix packet.
  3. Bring to a low simmer.
  4. Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often.
  5. (Optional) Stir in shredded cheddar for extra creaminess.
  6. Let rest 2 minutes to thicken before serving.
