Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 dry Four Cheese Lasagna Mix Packet
- 1 1/2 cups mini lasagna noodles (mafalda corta) or macaroni
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- (optional) 1/2–1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
- Add water, milk, pasta, and the Four Cheese Lasagna dry mix packet.
- Bring to a low simmer.
- Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often, until the pasta is tender.
- (Optional) Stir in shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
- Let rest 2 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
