Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 dry Cheesy Enchilada Mix Packet
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta (macaroni or shells)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
  2. Add water, milk, pasta, and the Cheesy Enchilada dry mix packet.
  3. Bring to a low simmer.
  4. Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is tender.
  5. (Optional) Stir in cheddar or pepper jack cheese for extra heat and creaminess.
  6. Let rest 2 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
